Remarks:

1. Your entitlement to lucky draw entries will be reset on the first day of each stage.
2. If you forget your login password, reset it in the BEA App and log in again using the new password immediately. Click here for details.
3. The maximum daily transaction limit of “Pay!(FPS)” function is HK$10,000 (or equivalent amount in foreign currencies). To view and adjust your transaction limit for Pay!, please log in to Cyberbanking and go to “Settings” > “Transaction limits” > “Small-value Transfers (for Mobile Banking only)”.
4. The minimum eligible amount for each transfer transaction using “Pay!(FPS)”/”Transfers” function is HK$20 (or equivalent).
5. If you have not activated “Transfers to non-registered payees” or if the transaction limit is set to zero, please activate i-Token in the BEA App first click here to learn more about activating i-Token), then increase the daily transaction limit in Cyberbanking > Settings > Transaction Limits. Click here for details.
6. This offer does not apply to bills paid by “QR Scan” in the BEA App or to bills paid by opening the BEA App through a merchant’s mobile app (app-to-app payments).
7. The minimum eligible amount for each bill payment is HK$50 (or equivalent).
8. If you have not activated “Payments to high-risk merchants” or if that transaction limit has been reset to zero, please first activate i-Token in the BEA App click here to learn how to activate i-Token). Then increase the transaction limit in Cyberbanking > Settings > Transaction Limits. Click here for details.
9. Bills can be paid by credit card through the BEA App to the following low-risk merchant categories (applies to sole card holders only): Government or Statutory Organisations, Utilities, Education: Primary or Secondary Schools, and Education: Post-secondary or Specialised Institutions.
10. The minimum eligible amount for each FX transaction is HK$2,000 (or equivalent).
11. The minimum eligible amount for each deposit transaction is HK$5,000 (or equivalent) and the minimum deposit period is 1 month.
