Cyberbanking – Bill Payment

You can make bill payments to any merchants anytime, anywhere.
 
If the transaction limit of "payment to high-risk merchants" is zero, please click here to see how to increase the transaction limit.

Bill payment in Cyberbanking

  1. • Log in to Cyberbanking
    • Select Payments > Bills
  2. • Select Merchant/Organisation category details
  3. • Enter transaction details
    • Save a new template (optional)
    • Select “Proceed” to continue
  4. • Enter the One-time Password (OTP) sent to you
    • Select “Proceed” to continue
  5. • Verify details
    • Select “Confirm” to complete the transaction
