System Maintenance Schedule

To ensure the highest level of service quality, the Bank conducts routine system maintenance on a weekly basis. Due to this, BEA Online, BEA Mobile, BEA Mall, BEA Corporate Online, Stock Trading services, ATMs and Debit / ATM Card services are unavailable from 3:00 am to 6:00 am every Monday.


The Bank also occasionally schedules non-regular service suspensions to carry out system enhancements.

Please be advised that certain services will be unavailable during the following periods. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.
