System Maintenance Schedule

To ensure the highest level of service quality, the Bank conducts routine system update and maintenance. Due to this, BEA Online, BEA Mobile, BEA Mall, BEA Corporate Online, Stock Trading services, ATMs and Debit / ATM Card services are unavailable from 3:00 am to 6:00 am every Monday, and some services might be temporarily unavailable from 0:00 am to 4:30 am during daily system maintenance.


The Bank also occasionally schedules non-regular service suspensions to carry out system enhancements.

Please be advised that certain services will be unavailable during the following periods. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.
