The customer services counter of BEA MPF Administration Centre situated in Kwun Tong will resume services tomorrow, 14th April, 2022 (Thursday).
The 2021-22 Good MPF Employer Award organized by the Mandatory Provident Fund Schemes Authority, is open for applications. In view of the latest development of COVID-19, the customer services counter of BEA MPF Administration Centre situated in Kwun Tong will be temporarily suspended service until further notice, in an effort to safeguard the health of our customers and staff members. Our hotline services will continue to operate as normal. To enhance the administrative efficiency, employers may choose to use BEA Corporate Cyberbanking or MPF contribution software namely “MPF, Autopay and Payroll System” and “Industry Scheme Software” to handle your MPF contribution. The MPF Scheme Brochures of BEA (MPF) Master Trust Scheme, BEA (MPF) Value Scheme and BEA (MPF) Industry Scheme (collectively “BEA MPF Schemes”) have been revised through the addenda issued on 28th February, 2022. With effect from 1st April, 2022, the fees and charges deduction method of the following MPF conservative funds under BEA MPF Schemes will be changed from deducting from members' accounts by way of unit deduction to deducting from the assets of such funds:

To meet customer needs, BEA MPF has added a new function on its e-Application webpage. The enhanced e-Application webpage provides an electronic channel for customers to consolidate/transfer the MPF accrued benefits to BEA MPF. Customers are now able to complete their application with an e-Signature using a computer or mobile device in a simple and convenient way.
