BEA Online – Time Deposit

Place Time Deposit

  1. • Log in to BEA Online
    • Select “Time Deposits” > “My Time Deposit”
    • Enter principal, select “Search” to view time deposit interest rates, then select the time deposit plan you want to place
    • You may also select coupon code under “Exclusive Offer” to select time deposit plan (if applicable)
  2. • Select withdrawal account and enter other transaction details required
    • “Select “Proceed”
  3. • Verify the information and select “Submit”
    • Your time deposit has been placed
    Remarks:
    • For time deposit instructions submitted after service hours, please confirm your instructions on the next working day1

Confirm Time Deposit Instruction

  1. • Log in BEA Online
    • Select “Time Deposits” > “My Time Deposit”
    • Select “Confirm”
  2. • Verify the information and select “Submit”
    • Your time deposit has been placed

1. Hong Kong Dollar Time Deposit
Place a time deposit during service hours, or set up an instruction after service hours and then confirm your time deposit during the next working day within service hours. (Mon - Sat, 9:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m. HKT)*
Foreign Currency Time Deposit
Place time deposit during service hours. (Mon - Fri, 9:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m. HKT)*
*Except Hong Kong Public Holiday, or when Typhoon No.8 Signal or above and Black Rainstorm warning is hoisted.
