As a BEA All-in-One Account holder, you can instantly apply through BEA Mobile. Activate your card in just a few steps and enjoy seamless multi-currency payments and cash withdrawals.

To be eligible, you must be aged 18 or above and hold any of the following All-in-One sole-name personal banking accounts:

Each integrated personal banking account can only be linked to a single Multi-currency Debit Card; no supplementary cards are allowed. Not applicable to joint accounts, corporate accounts or private banking accounts.

Select "Debit Card" from the BEA Mobile menu

and then "Apply Now"

On the "BEA Mastercard Debit Card " application page, read and accept the product overview and terms and conditions.

Step 4

The system will display the correspondence address you have registered with our bank. Please check and update it if necessary.

Step 5

Choose whether to link another designated account and set your ATM display language preference.

Step 6

Review and confirm that the correspondence address, linked account and ATM display language are correct, then submit.

Step 7

The "Application Completed" message will be displayed and an email notification will be sent. The physical card will be mailed to the registered address shortly.

Go to BEA Mobile > Menu > Debit Cards > "Activate Now"

Enter your card expiry date

Set your ATM PIN (6 digits)

4.

Authenticate using i-Token PIN or Biometric Authentication

Remark: If your account is not eligible with the i-Token service, you can activate the new card by entering the one-time password sent to you.

Your card has been activated

Alternatively, you can activate your new card via the Acknowledgement Receipt included with the card carrier:

1.

Sign the Acknowledgement Receipt included with the card carrier and return it to the Bank.

2.

Your ATM PIN will be mailed to you within 6 business days* after the Bank receives your Acknowledgement Receipt.

3.

You can activate your debit card by changing your ATM PIN at any BEA ATM or JETCO member bank's ATM in Hong Kong.

* Excluding Saturdays, Sundays, public holidays and days when Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above or a Black Rainstorm Warning is in effect

After activating the new card, you can immediately set spending and withdrawal limits, switch reward modes and manage automatic foreign currency conversion settings via BEA Mobile.
