Remarks:
- Applies to cardholders who make purchase/redemption through the BEA App.
- Not applicable to Corporate Card and all supplementary cards.
OpenRice eVoucher:
- i-Titanium Card and JCB PLATINUM Card are not applicable to redeem with Bonus Points.
- Cardholders will receive the relevant email and/or SMS according to the email address and mobile phone number in the Bank’s record from Merchants or the Bank. Cardholders should ensure the email address and mobile phone number in the Bank’s record are update.
- Cardholders are entitled to purchase/redeem the eVouchers of OpenRice through BEA MALL by Credit Card Payment and/or Bonus Points. Cardholders may redeem up to the amount of the transaction in full with bonus points or available bonus points under the Eligible Card (whichever is lower).
- If a cardholder use the Bonus Points plus pay feature, the combination of bonus points and credit card payment required for redemption are based on the display at BEA MALL at the time of redemption.
- Upon cardholder’s confirmation of making the payment, the eVouchers being purchased is not subject to be returned, cancelled, refunded and/or exchanged to other goods/services.
Pay with Rewards:
- Only applicable to BEA Mastercard (World Mastercard/Platinum Card/Gold Card/Classic Card)
- The Bonus Points redemption from Pay with Rewards must be conducted within 30 days (according to Hong Kong time) from the date of the relevant local or overseas transaction. Once a Bonus Points redemption request for credit card payment is made, no cancellation of the redemption will be allowed.
