Offer 1 CABLE TV News Pack and Offer 2 CABLE TV Main Pack:

1. Offer 1 and Offer 2 (the “Offers”) only apply to BEA Mastercard and Visa Credit Cardholders. The payments of related offers have to be settled by valid BEA Credit Card. BEA UnionPay Dual Currency PLATINUM Credit Card and BEA JCB PLATINUM Card are not eligible to enjoy the Offers.
2. The Offers do not apply to existing CABLE TV subscribers.
3. The Offers and services are provided by CABLE TV. Terms and Conditions apply. CABLE TV reserves the right to amend the contents and terms of the Service Plan without prior notice. The service is subject to the terms set by the service contract or other relevant legal documents. Programmes are subject to the final announcement of CABLE TV.
4. CABLE TV will contact the subscriber 60 days prior to the contract end date for service renewal. The subscriber will be offered a special renewal offer: CABLE TV Main Pack at $48 per month with a contract period of 24 months.
5. i.  When the commitment period expires for CABLE TV HD News Pack 6 months subscription offer, CABLE TV will not continue to provide the service automatically. CABLE TV Convertor must be returned along with the remote control to one of the designated collection centers within 30 days after service termination. An amount for the unreturned equipment will be charged to those who fail to return the equipment within the 30 days period. (Please refer to the Additional Service Charge Table at CABLE TV Website www.cabletv.com.hk for the charges.) 
   ii. When the commitment period expires for CABLE TV Main Pack service with 24 months commitment, CABLE TV Main Pack service with 24 months commitment, CABLE TV will continue to provide the service on a month-to-month basis at same rate. If subscriber terminates the services upon the expiry of the commitment period, Subscriber must give CABLE TV not less than 30 days prior notice in writing (in the prescribed form). CABLE TV Convertor must be returned along with the remote control to one of the designated collection centers within 30 days after service termination. An amount for the unreturned equipment will be charged to those who fail to return the equipment within the 30 days period. Offer 3 "i-CABLE News" App:

1. Offer 3 only applies to BEA Mastercard and Visa Credit Cardholders. The offer has to be redeemed through BEA MALL and the payment has to be settled with BEA Credit Card. BEA UnionPay Dual Currency PLATINUM Credit Card and BEA JCB PLATINUM Card are not eligible to enjoy the Offers.
2. The offer cannot be redeemed in conjuction with other promotions.
3. When the commitment period expires, CABLE TV will not continue to provide the service automatically.
