(Each credit card can be used to purchase a maximum of 20 tickets. A limit of 20 tickets per hotline/online order applies. A HK$30 handling fee will be charged per ticket.)
Remarks:
1. Lines open daily from 9am to 9pm.
2. Online ticketing will be available from 9am on 10th March, 2014.
3. Online ticketing is not applicable to the JCB PLATINUM Card or UnionPay Dual Currency PLATINUM Credit Card.
4. Tickets are available while stocks last and seats will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. AEG Promotion Ltd. (“AEG”) reserves the right to assign separate seats (including to assign seats on a singular basis) if the cardholder purchases 6 tickets or more.
5. Concert tickets will be mailed to the cardholder’s designated address by ordinary mail on or before 9th May, 2014. Requests for delivery to Mainland China and overseas destinations will not be accepted. If the cardholder purchases 4 tickets or more, the tickets will be delivered to the cardholder’s designated address by local courier for a fee of HK$25 per order. The fee for delivery to Macau is HK$130. The fees are charged by AEG.
6. Cardholders who have not received tickets for the concert by 16th May, 2014 should call the AEG Hotline on 2697 1989 for assistance (Monday to Friday, from 10am to 1pm, 2pm to 6pm).
