A limit of 6 tickets per online order applies. Hong Kong Ticketing (International) Limited (“HK Ticketing”) reserves the right to assign separated seats (including multiple single seats). HK Ticketing will charge a HK$45 customer service fee per ticket and a HK$40 courier charge per transaction.

 

 

Priority booking tips:

  1. Register early as HK Ticketing members at either www.hkticketing.com or the HK Ticketing App.
  2. Get your BEA Visa Card, Mastercard or UnionPay Dual Currency Credit Card ready on the first day of the priority booking period. The ticket sales will start from 10am, 19th February 2024.
  3. Upon completing a successful transaction, cardholders will receive a confirmation email from HK Ticketing.
  4. Tickets will be mailed to cardholder's designated address by local courier 7 days before the show day.

Remarks:

  1. The priority booking service only applies to cardholders of a valid BEA Credit Card (“Eligible Cards”). The JCB PLATINUM Card is excluded. Cardholders are required to settle payment in full with Eligible Cards in order to enjoy the Offer.
  2. The priority booking period for Eligible Cards is from 10am on 19th February, 2024 to 11:59pm on 21st February, 2024 or while stocks last. During the priority booking period, Cardholders can make priority booking through HK Ticketing website www.hkticketing.com or HK Ticketing App.
  3. Age limit is 8 years and above for standing zone. 3 years and above for seated zone.
  4. Seats are allocated on a first-come-first-served basis, depending on the transaction date and time. No seat selection is available.
  5. HK Ticketing will charge a HK$45 customer service fee per ticket (“Customer Service Fee”) and HK$40 courier charge per transaction (“Courier Charge”) for a maximum of 6 tickets. All relevant ticketing fees or services fees paid during the booking transaction — including but not limited to the Courier Charge, Customer Service Fee and the handling /administration fee (if applicable) — are non-refundable under any circumstances.
  6. Ticket(s) will be delivered via courier service to the customer’s designated address at the time of the transaction. Delivery is restricted to Hong Kong addresses, and to a maximum of 6 tickets per transaction. Customers should ensure that the delivery address/information is correct. The Concert organiser (“Organiser”) and HK Ticketing shall not be responsible for undelivered tickets due to wrong or incomplete delivery address/information.
  7. If tickets are not delivered on or before 29th March, 2024, please contact HK Ticketing for assistance by email: online@hkticketing.com or by phone: (852) 31 288 288 (Monday to Saturday 10am-6pm, closed on Sunday & Public Holiday).
  8. The Organiser may release or reduce seats in response to the developing situation of the COVID-19 and orders restricting the gathering of people. In the event of a Concert cancellation, postponement or reduction in the number of available seats, the Organiser shall arrange matters (such as the announcement of a postponement or the refund of the ticket process) on the basis of the payment record for the ticket purchase.
  9. In the event of a Concert cancellation, postponement or reduction in the number of available seats, the Organiser reserves the right to either refund the already sold tickets or reschedule the Concert. For the avoidance of doubt, the refund shall only be in respect of the face value of the purchased tickets and shall not include any Courier Charge (if the tickets were mailed), Customer Service Fees or any administrative fees. 

 

Admission tips from Organiser:

  1. Spectators must follow the latest epidemic prevention measures issued by the government (if any) and the house rules of the venue during admission and the show.
  2. Spectators may be prohibited from entering the venue if they violate any of the rules of the venue or epidemic prevention measures mentioned above. In such a case, the ticket fee, Customer Service Fee, and Courier Charge shall not be refunded.
  3. All the arrangements and requirements regarding this concert are subject to the latest measures issued by the Government and the Organiser.
