(A limit of 8 tickets per online order applies. HotdogTIX Limited (“HotdogTIX”) reserves the right to assign separate seats (including to assign seats in odd-numbered combinations). HotdogTIX will charge a HK$35 customer service fee per ticket and HK$30 courier fee per order.)

Remarks:

1. The priority booking service only applies to cardholders (hereinafter referred to as “Cardholders”) of a valid BEA Credit Card (hereinafter referred to as “Eligible Cards”). The JCB PLATINUM Card is excluded. Cardholders are required to settle payment in full with Eligible Cards in order to enjoy the Offer.
2. Cardholders are required to register online at www.hotdogtix.com or HotdogTIX App to enjoy the priority booking service.
3. Priority booking service will be available from 10 a.m. on 13^th March, 2023 to 11:59 p.m. on 15^th March, 2023 or while stocks last. Tickets are sold on a first-come, first-served basis while stocks last. Seats will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis.
4. All successful reservations will be confirmed by email from HotdogTIX Limited (hereinafter referred to as “HotdogTIX”).
5. Ticket(s) will be mailed to cardholder's designated address (except Mainland China, Macau and overseas countries) by local courier 7 days before the show day. The local courier fee is HK$30 per order. The fee is charged by HotdogTIX.
6. If tickets are not delivered on or before 21^st April, 2023, please contact HotdogTIX for assistance by email: info@hotdogtix.com or by phone: (852) 3188 5661 (Office Hours: Mon to Fri, 10 a.m. to 6 p.m., except public holidays).
7. The Organisers may release or reduce seats in response to the developing situation of the COVID-19 and the implementation of gathering bans. In the event of Concert cancellation, postponement or seats being reduced, the Organisers shall arrange follow up actions according the transaction record (including Concert postponement or refund of the Ticket).
8. In the event of Concert cancellation, postponement or seats being reduced, the Organisers reserve the right to refund amounts paid for tickets or reschedule the Concert, the Organisers will decide and announce the relevant arrangements for postponement or refund of ticket fees. For the avoidance of doubt, there shall only be a refund in respect of the value of the tickets purchased which shall not include any courier fee charged (if the tickets are delivered to Cardholders) or any customer service fees or administrative fees charged.

Admission tips from Presenter:

1. Spectators must follow the latest epidemic prevention measures issued by the government and the house rules of the venue during admission and the show.
2. In response to the government’s appeal, spectators should wear a mask when having respiratory symptoms. Spectators with weakened immunity or chronic disease(s) should also wear a mask when they are present in a poorly ventilated place.
3. Spectators may be prohibited from entering the venue if they violate any of the rules of the venue. In such a case, the ticket fee, customer service fee, and courier fee shall not be refunded. Spectators should contact the Organisers for the latest epidemic prevention measures issued by the government and the house rules of the venue concerning admission.
4. All the arrangements regarding this concert is subject to the latest measures issued by the government.
