Remarks:

1. Cardholders are required to register online at www.hotdogtix.com or HotdogTIX App to enjoy the priority booking service.
2. Priority booking service will be available from 10 a.m. on 17^th October, 2022 to 11:59 p.m. on 19^th October, 2022 or while stocks last. Tickets are sold on a first-come, first-served basis while stocks last. Seats will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis.
3. All successful reservations will be confirmed by email from HotdogTIX.
4. Ticket(s) will be mailed to cardholder's designated address (except Mainland China, Macau and overseas countries) by local courier 7 days before the show day. The local courier fee is HK$30 per order. The fee are charged by HotdogTIX.
5. If tickets are not delivered on or before 12^th November, 2022, please contact HotdogTIX for assistance by email: info@hotdogtix.com or by phone: (852) 3188 5661 (Office Hours: Mon to Fri, 10 a.m. to 6 p.m., except public holidays).
6. The Organisers may release or reduce seats in response to the developing situation of the COVID-19 and the implementation of gathering bans. In the event of Concert cancellation, postponement or seats being reduced, the Organisers shall arrange follow up actions according the transaction record (including Concert postponement or refund of the Ticket).
7. In the event of cancellation/postponement of the Concert, the Organisers reserve the right to refund amounts paid for tickets or reschedule the Concert, the Organisers will decide and announce the relevant arrangements for postponement or refund of ticket fees. For the avoidance of doubt, there shall only be a refund in respect of the value of the tickets purchased which shall not include any courier fee charged (if the tickets are delivered to the cardholders) or any customer service fees or administrative fees charged.
8. Offer does not apply to the BEA JCB PLATINUM Card.

Admission tips:

1. Spectators must follow the latest epidemic prevention measures issued by the government and the house rules of the venue during admission and the show.
2. Spectators must wear their own masks to fully cover their nose, mouth and chin throughout their stay at the venue and must pass through a temperature screening when entering the venue. Those with a fever (subject to the venue's final stipulation), respiratory symptoms or sudden loss of taste/ smell should refrain from using the venue facilities and seek medical assistance immediately. They may be prohibited from entering the venue, in such a case, the ticket fee, customer service fee, and courier fee shall not be refunded.
3. Spectators are required to use “LeaveHomeSafe” mobile application to scan the venue QR code before they are allowed to enter the venue.
   The following three types of specified persons may opt to complete the record form by providing their full name, contact number, and date & time of visit. They are also required to present relevant identification documents for verification at the request of the staff on-site during registration.
   (a) persons aged 65 or above and aged 15 or below;
   (b) persons with disability; and
   (c) other persons recognized by the Government or organization(s) authorized by the Government for this purpose.

4. Starting from 24 February 2022, the Vaccine Pass is applicable to AsiaWorld-Expo. Every person who enters or remains at AsiaWorld-Expo is required to carry an electronic version or a paper copy of their COVID-19 vaccination record or “COVID-19 Vaccination Medical Exemption Certificate”, and present as required by venue staff for scanning, except under exempted scenarios *.
   *Exempted scenarios include:
   1. children aged under 5;
   2. holders of the COVID-19 Vaccination Medical Exemption Certificate (Exemption Certificate)

   Spectators with Red Code or Amber Code are prohibited from enter the concert venue.

5. Spectators should observe hand hygiene (i.e. washing hands with liquid soap and water properly, or cleaning hands by rubbing with 70-80% alcohol-based hand rub when hands are not visibly soiled).
6. Spectators should avoid sharing items and maintain appropriate social distance in common areas.
7. No eating and drinking in the venue.
8. Spectators may be prohibited from entering the venue if they violate any of the rules of the venue or epidemic prevention measures mentioned above. In such a case, the ticket fee, customer service fee, and courier fee shall not be refunded. Spectators should contact the concert organizers for the latest epidemic prevention measures issued by the government and the house rules of the venue concerning admission.
9. All the arrangement regarding this concert is subject to the latest measures issued by the government.
