Hong Kong Ticketing (International) Limited (“HK Ticketing”) reserves the right to assign separate seats (including to assign seats in odd-numbered combinations). HK Ticketing will charge a HK$35 customer service fee per ticket and HK$35 courier fee per transaction.)

 

Priority booking tips:

  1. Be HK Ticketing members at www.hkticketing.com or HK Ticketing App in advance.
  2. Get your BEA Visa Card, Mastercard or UnionPay Dual Currency PLATINUM Credit Card ready on on the priority booking start date. The ticket sales will open from 10am, 26th October 2021.
  3. Cardholders will receive the confirmation email from HK Ticketing after transaction completed.
  4. Tickets will be mailed to cardholder's designated address by local courier on or before 18th December 2021.

 

 

Remarks:

  1. The priority booking service only applies to cardholders of a valid BEA Credit Card (“Eligible Cards”). The JCB PLATINUM Card is excluded. Cardholders are required to settle payment in full with Eligible Cards in order to enjoy the Offer.
  2. The priority booking period for Eligible Cards is from 10am on 26th October, 2021 to 11:59pm on 29th October, 2021 or while stocks last. During the priority booking period, Cardholders can make priority booking through HK Ticketing website www.hkticketing.com or HK Ticketing App.
  3. Seats are allocated on a first-come-first-served basis, depending on the transaction date and time. No seat selection is available.
  4. HK Ticketing will charge a HK$35 Customer Service Fee per ticket and HK$35 Courier Fee per transaction with 6 tickets in maximum. All relevant ticketing fees or services fees paid during the booking transaction including but not limited to the Delivery Fee, the Customer Service Fee and the Handling /Administration Fee are non-refundable under whatever circumstances.
  5. Ticket(s) will be delivered to customer’s designated Hong Kong address via courier services, each delivery is limited to 6 tickets per transaction. Customers should ensure that the delivery address/information is correct. The Show Organiser and HK Ticketing are not responsible for undelivered tickets due to wrong or incomplete delivery address/information.
  6. If tickets are not delivered on or before 18th December, 2021, please contact HK Ticketing for assistance by email: online@hkticketing.com or by phone: (852) 31 288 288 (Monday to Saturday 10am-6pm, closed on Sunday & Public Holiday).
  7. The Organiser may release or reduce seats in response to the developing situation of the COVID-19 and the implementation of gathering bans. In the event of Concert cancellation, postponement or seats being reduced, the Organiser shall arrange follow up actions according the transaction record (including Concert postponement or refund of the Ticket).
  8. In the event of Concert cancellation, postponement or seats being reduced, the Organiser reserve the right to refund amounts paid for tickets or reschedule the Concert. For the avoidance of doubt, there shall only be a refund in respect of the value of the tickets purchased which shall not include any courier fee charged (if the tickets are delivered to the cardholders) or any customer service fees or administrative fees charged. 
  9. Offer does not apply to the BEA JCB PLATINUM Card.


Admission tips:

  1. Spectators must follow the latest epidemic prevention measures issued by the government and the house rules of the venue during admission and the show.
  2. Spectators must wear their own masks to fully cover their nose, mouth and chin throughout their stay at the venue and must pass through a temperature screening when entering the venue. Those with a fever (subject to the venue's final stipulation), respiratory symptoms or sudden loss of taste/ smell should refrain from using the venue facilities and seek medical assistance immediately.
  3. Spectators should scan the “LeaveHomeSafe” QR code or register their name, contact number and date and time of visit before entering the venue.
  4. Spectators should observe hand hygiene (i.e. washing hands with liquid soap and water properly, or cleaning hands by rubbing with 70-80% alcohol-based hand rub when hands are not visibly soiled).
  5. Spectators should avoid sharing items and maintain appropriate social distance in common areas.
  6. No eating and drinking in the Arena.
  7. Spectators may be prohibited from entering the venue if they violate any of the rules of the venue or epidemic prevention measures mentioned above. In such a case, the ticket fee, customer service fee, and courier fee shall not be refunded. Spectators should contact the concert organisers for the latest epidemic prevention measures issued by the government and the house rules of the venue concerning admission.
