Remarks:

1. Cardholders are required to registered online at www.hotdogtix.com or HotdogTIX App to enjoy the priority booking service.
   
2. Online ticketing will be available from 1 p.m. on 23^rd November, 2020 to 11:59 p.m. on 27^th November, 2020. Tickets are available while stocks last and seats will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis.
   
3. All successful reservations will be confirmed by email from HotdogTIX.
   
4. E-Ticket(s) will be delivered to cardholder's HotdogTIX account 7 days before the show day. If tickets are not delivered on or before 19^th December 2020, please contact HotdogTIX for assistance by email: info@hotdogtix.com or by phone: (852) 3188 5661 (Office Hours: Mon to Fri, 10 a.m. to 6 p.m., except public holidays).
5. For security purposes, cardholders must keep this e-Ticket(s) containing the QR Code private and confidential. Neither BEA, HotdogTIX, nor the Concert Organisers of the Concert will have any liability in case cardholder’s email has been hacked or someone has copied and presented cardholder’s e-Ticket(s) at the Concert. All risk on the e-Ticket(s) will be passed to cardholder once the above e-Ticket(s) has been sent to cardholder. Please refer to the terms and conditions of the e-Ticket for further details.
6. Cardholders are the owners of e-Ticket(s). The Organisers may release or reduce seats in response to the developing situation of the COVID-19 and the implement of gathering ban. In the event of Concert cancellation, postponement or seat being reduced, the Organisers shall arrange follow up actions according the transaction record (including Concert postponement or refund of the e-Ticket).
7. In the event of Concert cancellation, postponement or seat being reduced, the Organisers reserve the right to refund amounts paid for tickets or reschedule the Concert. For the avoidance of doubt, there shall only be a refund in respect of the value of the tickets purchased which shall not include any customer service fee or administrative fee charged.
8. Offer does not apply to the BEA JCB PLATINUM Card or BEA UnionPay Dual Currency PLATINUM Credit Card.

Tips:

1. Spectators with body temperature equal or higher than 38℃ , or do not wear masks, or in quarantine order are not allowed to enter. In this condition, the e-Ticket(s) fee and customer service fee shall not be refunded. Spectators must follow the latest house rule of venue and other epidemic prevention measures. Please contact the concert organisers for details.
   
2. Spectators should present e-Ticket containing the QR Code in their HotdogTIX account for admission, image of QR Code is not accepted.
