Q1 I have lost my ATM card. What can I do next?
   
  You can visit any BEA branch, where our staff can help to report the ATM card as lost and arrange for a new one to be issued.
   
  Alternatively, you can report your ATM card as lost through BEA Online by following the steps below:

  1. Log in to BEA Online
  2. Select “Cards” and then “ATM Cards”
  3. Press “Report Loss”
  4. Verify your instruction details and press “Confirm”
  5. Instruction completed

  To arrange for the ATM card to be reissued, please visit any BEA branch.
   
   
Q2 Can I arrange a third party to report an ATM card as being lost or retained by an ATM?
   
  Yes, you can arrange for a third party, such as a relative or friend, to call our ATM Card Service Hotline on 2211 1818 to report an ATM card being lost or retained by an ATM on your behalf. However, you will need to visit one of our branches in person to arrange for a new card to be issued.
   
   
Q3 How can I cancel my ATM card?
   
  You can visit any BEA branch and complete the relevant form or send a written request to us at the address below requesting for cancellation of your ATM card.

  Alternatively, you can cancel your ATM card through BEA Online by following the steps below:

  1. Log in to BEA Online
  2. Select “Cards” and then “ATM Cards”
  3. Press “Cancel Card
  4. Press “Continue”
  5. Verify your instruction details and press “Confirm”
  6. Instruction completed

Q4 What should I do if I suspect there have been unauthorised transactions on my ATM card?
   
  Please inform us immediately by visiting any BEA branch or you can click here to report any unauthorised transaction on your ATM card through the BEA website.
