- Press “Report Loss”

Yes, you can arrange for a third party, such as a relative or friend, to call our ATM Card Service Hotline on 2211 1818 to report an ATM card being lost or retained by an ATM on your behalf. However, you will need to visit one of our branches in person to arrange for a new card to be issued. |

You can visit any BEA branch and complete the relevant form or send a written request to us at the address below requesting for cancellation of your ATM card. |
