ATM Services

BEA's expansive ATM network offers a comprehensive and convenient range of banking services to BEA/JETCO ATM cardholders*.

All BEA/JETCO member bank ATM cardholders

• Cash Withdrawal
• Transfer
• Balance Enquiry
• Statement/Cheque Book Request
  If you are a BEA ATM cardholder, you can choose to have the cheque book delivered by ordinary mail (postage waived) or by registered mail (charge applies). The service charge will be debited from your transacting account.
• Change of Personal Identification Number (PIN)
• Overseas Transaction Setting
• Credit Card Payment
  Balances of credit cards issued by other JETCO member banks can be settled without prior arrangement.
• JET PAYMENT
  Make charity donations and pay bills to merchants on the JETCO -- Hong Kong Merchant List without prior registration.

BEA customers

• Deposits
  Available to BEA ATM cardholders at designated ATMs only. HKD notes/cheques can be deposited to the primary/designated account associated with your ATM card. Coins and foreign currency notes/cheques cannot be deposited.
• Change display language
  Available to BEA ATM cardholders only.
• Mandatory Provident Fund ("MPF")
  Available to BEA MPF customers with a BEA ATM card only. No prior registration required. You can access the following services:
  • Fund balance enquires
  • Last contribution enquiries
  • Contribution payments
    Available to casual employees under the Industry Scheme only.

Holders of ATM cards/credit cards issued by the following networks can make cash withdrawals and balance enquiries using BEA ATMs.

*Unless otherwise specified, the term "ATM card" includes standard ATM cards and credit cards have been linked to a deposit account.

Important Notice

Please note that a minimum withdrawal amount of HK$300 applies when you make a withdrawal from an ATM operated by another JETCO member bank in Hong Kong using your BEA ATM card. This minimum does not apply to FastCash cardholders.
