About BEA

Relationship Manager Trainee Programme

Operating one of the largest branch networks in Hong Kong, BEA counts on a professional team of frontline customer service staff to deliver an excellent customer experience to the Bank’s personal banking customers. To ensure this standard, the two-year, fast-track Relationship Manager Programme aims to groom a pipeline of Relationship Managers who are well versed in the personal banking services within BEA’s branch network.

During the two-year programme, trainees develop the knowledge and skills to identify customers’ financial needs, provide personalised financial solutions, and build trustful relationships with customers of diverse backgrounds. Through comprehensive training, mentoring support, job attachments and exposure to a range of middle and back office units that work closely with the branch network, trainees acquire in-depth understanding of the different personal banking products and distribution channels, as well as the skills to collaborate with colleagues at different customer touch points to deliver excellent customer service.
