The policy renewal for insured pet above age 13 is subject to underwriting. Renewal is guaranteed up to age 13 of the insured pet (subject to the availability of the Plan at the time of renewal) and Blue Cross will neither charge extra premium nor impose additional exclusions on an individual policy based on the insured pet’s health status or claim history at the time of renewal. However, Blue Cross reserves the right to revise the terms and conditions of this policy and adjust the premium upon policy renewal due to, for example, age-related adjustment. If the Blue Cross decides to cease offering or suspend the Plan, Blue Cross will endeavour to transfer the insured pet to another available insurance plan.

To qualify for the promotional offers, customers must submit the application for a e-Select Pet Insurance plan through the insurance services webpage of The Bank of East Asia, Limited (“BEA”) or BEA Online between 1st April and 30th June, 2024, both dates inclusive, and the relevant policy must be successfully issued by Blue Cross (Asia-Pacific) Insurance Limited (“Blue Cross”).

These promotional offers cannot be enjoyed in conjunction with any other promotional or discount offers for the same insurance product, unless otherwise specified.

BEA and Blue Cross reserve the sole right to vary or cancel this promotional programme and/or amend or alter the terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. In the event of any dispute, the decision of BEA and Blue Cross shall be final and conclusive.
