Major Exclusions
- Any agreement by the insured person to pay any sum by way of idemnity or otherwise unless such liability would have attached in the absence of such agreement.
- Intentional self-inflicted injury or suicide.
- Pregnancy or childbirth.
- Illness of any kind.
- Wear and tear, mildew, rot, rust, bacterial infestation, gradual deterioration or depreciation.
- War, invasion, act of foreign enemies, hostilities whether war be declared or not, civil war, rebellion, revolution, insurrection or military or usurped power, riot, strike or civil commotion.

- Eligible Age Limit:
Adult: Age 18-65 (renewable up to age 70)
Children: Age 3-17 or up to age 23 if they are full time students
- For Hong Kong Residents only.
- For Children, the maximum amount payable under all sections of benefits shall be calculated at 50% of the maximum limits as stated in the schedule and
(i) the maximum amount payable for "Personal Accident" is limited to HK$200,000 and
(ii) no double/triple indemnity is allowed.

In respect of an eligible dispute (as defined in the Terms of Reference for the Financial Dispute Resolution Centre in relation to the Financial Dispute Resolution Scheme) arising between BEA and the customer out of the selling process or processing of the related transaction, BEA is required to enter into a Financial Dispute Resolution Scheme process with the customer.
