Terms and Conditions and Other Important Notes:

  1. To qualify for the promotional offers, customer must submit application for a Household Protection Insurance plan through the insurance services webpage of The Bank of East Asia, Limited (“BEA”) between 1st July and 31st December, 2019, both dates inclusive (the “Promotional Period”), and the relevant policy must be successfully issued by Blue Cross (Asia-Pacific) Insurance Limited (“Blue Cross”).
  2. The customer must register as a Loyalty Club member via BEA’s insurance services webpage and then successfully enrol in a Household Protection Insurance plan during the Promotional Period, in order to receive the standard amount of e-Dollars and an extra equivalent standard amount of e-Dollars as bonus immediately.
  3. BEA reserves the right to retrieve any credited e-Dollars if the Loyalty Club member cancels the Household Protection Insurance policy prior to the policy expiry date.

  5. The HK$50 PARKnSHOP Gift Coupon (the "Gift Coupon") will be delivered to eligible customers by ordinary post within 2 months from the application date. 
  6. The Gift Coupon is non-replaceable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other offers. Use of the Gift Coupon is bound by the terms and conditions issued by PARKnSHOP (HK) Ltd (“PARKnSHOP”). BEA and Blue Cross make no representation or guarantee as to the quality and availability of the products, services or information provided by PARKnSHOP. In respect of an eligible dispute (as defined in the Terms of Reference for the Financial Dispute Resolution Centre in relation to the Financial Dispute Resolution Scheme) arising between BEA and the customer out of the selling process or processing of the related transaction, BEA is required to enter into a Financial Dispute Resolution Scheme process with the customer; however, any dispute over the contractual terms of the product should be resolved between Blue Cross and the customer directly.
