Medical Check-up Plans

1. The promotional offers are valid from 1 January till 31 December 2025, both days inclusive, unless otherwise specified.

2. Offers are available while stocks last. Prior appointment is required. SupremeGold Customers are entitled to enjoy the offer by settling all payments in full with a BEA SupremeGold World MasterCard.

3. This programme has been arranged by The Bank of East Asia, Limited ("BEA") for BEA SupremeGold customers in cooperation with U Care Hong Kong Medical Limited("U Care"), which has appointed Blue Care Medical Centre ("Blue Care") as the medical service provider.

4. No withdrawal or changes may be made after reservation.

5. The offers are non-redeemable, non-transferable, non-refundable and non-endorsable, and cannot be enjoyed in conjunction with any other promotional offers, discounts, membership programmes, or VIP programmes offered by the participating merchant.

6. The offers are bound by the respective terms and conditions of the U Care.

7. BEA makes no representation or guarantee as to the quality and availability of the products, services, or information provided by Blue Care. BEA shall not be liable or responsible for any matters arising from or in connection with the products, services, or information related to the offers. Customers should direct any queries or complaints to Blue Care.

8. No person other than the BEA SupremeGold World Mastercard cardholder or BEA will have any right under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Ordinance (Cap. 623 of the Laws of Hong Kong) to enforce or enjoy the benefit of any of the provisions of these Terms and Conditions.

9. BEA and U Care reserve the sole right to vary or cancel the offer(s) and/or amend or alter these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. In the event of any dispute, the decision of BEA and U Care shall be final and conclusive.

Shingles vaccine

1. The vaccination is subject to the stock availability.

2. SHINGRIX Vaccination is applicable to aged 50 or above / aged 18 or above at increased risk of herpes zoster only. Doctor's assessment prior to the vaccination is included.

3. SHINGRIX Vaccination injection will be valid for 6 months starting from the date of 1^st injection.

4. NOT recommended for vaccines if you have the below conditions

   • Allergic to any vaccine ingredient, e.g. Gelatin or Neomycin

   • Suffering from congenital or acquired immune system problem, e.g. Leukemia, lymphomas, Bone Marrow Transplantation or HIV/AIDS

   • Taking high doses of steroids which weaken your immune system

   • Suffering from untreated tuberculosis

   • Are pregnant or planning to get pregnant
