Q1 I have lost my Debit / ATM Card. What can I do next?
   
  Please handle as follow:
   
 

1. Block your Debit / ATM Card through BEA Mobile or BEA Online immediately by following the steps below:

  • BEA Mobile
    1. Log in to BEA Mobile
    2. Select “Menu” and then “Debit Cards”
    3. Press “Manage Card”
    4. Press “Block Card"
    5. Verify your instruction details and press “Confirm”
    6. Instruction completed
   
 
  • BEA Online
    1. Log in to BEA Online
    2. Select “Debit Cards”
    3. Press “Block Card”
    4. Verify your instruction details and press “Confirm”
    5. Instruction completed
   
  2. Visit any BEA branch or call our Debit / ATM Card Service Hotline (852) 2211 1818, where our staff can help to report the Debit / ATM Card as lost.
   
  3. To arrange for the Debit / ATM Card to be reissued, please visit any BEA branch.
   
   
Q2 Can I arrange a third party to report a Debit / ATM Card as being lost or retained by an ATM?
   
  Yes, you can arrange for a third party, such as a relative or friend, to call our Debit / ATM Card Service Hotline on (852) 2211 1818 to report an Debit / ATM Card being lost or retained by an ATM on your behalf. However, you will need to visit one of our branches in person to arrange for a new card to be issued.
   
   
Q3 How can I cancel my Debit / ATM Card?
   
  You can visit any BEA branch and complete the relevant form or send a written request to us at the address below requesting for cancellation of your Debit / ATM Card.

  Alternatively, you can cancel your Debit / ATM Card through BEA Mobile or BEA Online by following the steps below:
  • BEA Mobile
    1. Log in to BEA Mobile
    2. Select “Menu” and then “Debit Cards”
    3. Press “Manage Card”
    4. Press “Cancel Card"
    5. Verify your instruction details and press “Confirm”
    6. Instruction completed
   
 
  • BEA Online
    1. Log in to BEA Online
    2. Select “Debit Cards”
    3. Press “Cancel Card”
    4. Verify your instruction details and press “Confirm”
    5. Instruction completed
   
   
Q4 What should I do if I suspect there have been unauthorised transactions on my Debit / ATM Card?
   
  Please inform us immediately by calling our hotline (852) 2211 1818, visiting any BEA branch or you can click here to report any unauthorised transaction on your Debit / ATM Card through the BEA website.
