3. To arrange for the Debit / ATM Card to be reissued, please visit any BEA branch. | |
Q2 | Can I arrange a third party to report a Debit / ATM Card as being lost or retained by an ATM? |
Yes, you can arrange for a third party, such as a relative or friend, to call our Debit / ATM Card Service Hotline on (852) 2211 1818 to report an Debit / ATM Card being lost or retained by an ATM on your behalf. However, you will need to visit one of our branches in person to arrange for a new card to be issued. | |

You can visit any BEA branch and complete the relevant form or send a written request to us at the address below requesting for cancellation of your Debit / ATM Card. | |
