Retail Banking Professional Programme

Operating one of the largest branch networks in Hong Kong, BEA counts on a professional team of frontline customer service staff to deliver an excellent customer experience to the Bank’s personal banking customers. To ensure this standard, the 18-month, fast-track Retail Banking Professional Programme aims to groom a pipeline of Relationship Managers who are well versed in the personal banking services within BEA’s branch network.

During the 18-month programme, Associates will be placed on a structured fast-track career path where they will gain in-depth knowledge and skills specifically for financial planning through comprehensive classroom training, job placements in our branch network, and on-the-job coaching from our management team.
