(March 13, 2026 updated) Regarding 24 March show cancellation and ticket refund arrangements
【Refund Arrangement】Due to the Organizer’s latest arrangement for the 40-minute special rehearsal session on the evening of 24 March, tickets can be collected at the HK Ticketing self-service ticket collection kiosk starting at 12:00 noon on 16 March, tickets will automatically become invalid after the rehearsal session. HK Ticketing will arrange a full refund for cardholder of BEA Credit Card Priority Booking within 7 to 10 working days, starting 25 March (originally starting from 13 March).

Regarding the event schedule adjustment and refund arrangements for the show <<2026 MAYDAY #5525+1 LIVE TOUR IN HONG KONG >>:
TopTop Productions Limited (“The Organizer”) announced on 9 March 2026 that <<2026 MAYDAY #5525+1 LIVE TOUR IN HONG KONG >> on 24,25,27 and 28 March 2026 got schedule update and adjusted to 25,27,28 and 29 March 2026, the show on 24 March 2026 will be cancelled. Cardholders who successfully purchased tickets via BEA Credit Card Priority Booking for 24 March 2026 will receive a full refund via HK Ticketing.
【Refund Arrangement】HK Ticketing will initiate the refund process; cardholders do not need to apply for a refund or take any action. Cardholders who purchased tickets via BEA Credit Card Priority Booking for 24 March 2026 will receive a full refund via HK Ticketing within 7 to 10 working days since 13 March 2026. The refund includes the ticket value, HK Ticketing customer service fee (HK$120 per ticket) and courier charge (HK$40 per order).
The concert dates on 25, 27 and 28 March 2026 remain unchanged, and no refund arrangements will be made by the Organizer. The Organizer apologizes for any inconvenience caused by the updated performance dates.
