BEA GOAL - GOAL Simple電子交易回贈推廣（2025年6月至8月）（「本推廣」）之條款及細則

  • 一般條款及細則
  1. 本推廣期由2025年6月12日至8月31日（包括首尾兩天）（「推廣期」）。
  2. 「全新客戶」指客戶 (i) 於新開立BEA GOAL的日期前12個月內並沒有於東亞銀行有限公司（「本行」）以個人或聯名方式持有任何存款賬戶; 及(ii) 於推廣期內以推廣編號「GOSIMPLE」並透過東亞手機銀行成功開立BEA GOAL戶口（「BEA GOAL」）。
  3. 電子交易回贈形式為東亞銀行信用卡免找數簽賬額（「免找數簽賬額」）。全新客戶必須持有有效之東亞銀行信用卡以獲享獎賞。免找數簽賬額只適用於東亞銀行信用卡之主卡持卡人（「持卡人」）。如全新客戶持有多於1張東亞銀行信用卡，免找數簽賬額將根據本行當時之發卡日期紀錄（由本行全權酌情決定），存入最新發出的1張信用卡。
  4. 若屬聯名戶口，只有第一賬戶持有人可享優惠。
  5. 本推廣不可與其他推廣獎賞或優惠同時使用，其他推廣獎賞及優惠包括本行不時提供的推廣編號；及/或作為客戶推薦計劃及/或客戶推薦專屬加碼賞之受薦人；及/或作為僱員優惠計劃專享獎賞及/或特選僱員優惠計劃專享獎賞之客戶。如客戶同時合資格享有其他推廣獎賞或優惠，本行保留只提供其中一項或部份獎賞之絕對權利。為免生疑問，如客戶參與本推廣即不合資格作為受薦人參與客戶推薦計劃及/或客戶推薦專屬加碼賞。如有任何爭議，本行所作的決定為最終及不可推翻。
  6. BEA GOAL之開戶日期、指定電子交易以本行記錄為準。
  7. 本行保留隨時更改或取消獎賞及/或修改或修訂此等條款及細則之權利，而無須事前通知。如有任何爭議，本行所作的決定為最終及不可推翻。
  8. 除全新客戶及本行以外﹐並無其他人士有權按《合約(第三者權利)條例》（香港特別行政區法例第623章）強制執行本條款及細則的任何條文，或享有本條款及細則的任何條文下的利益。
  9. 參與本推廣純屬自願性質，本行概不負責因本推廣或其獎賞而引起或引致的任何爭議或責任。本行概不負責因參與本推廣而招致的任何相關責任或費用。
  10. 本條款及細則受香港特別行政區法律所管轄，並按照香港特別行政區法律詮釋。
  11. 此等條款及細則及優惠之中英文版本如有歧異，以英文版本為準。

 

  • 電子交易回贈
  1. 全新客戶於2025年6月12日至8月31日期間（包括首尾兩天）進行下列表1列明之（a）至（c）項交易類別的合資格電子交易，可獲享相應之回贈（「合資格全新客戶」）（「詳閱表1」）。

  1. 每位合資格全新客戶就各交易類別可達累計上限一次，推廣期內最高回贈金額共HK$2,000。
  2. 如交易金額為非港幣，其交易金額將根據本行所決定之有關外幣兌換率兌換成港幣後再作計算。
  3. 整額認購基金並不包括月供投資計劃、基金轉換、基金贖回及基金轉入。
  4. 有關基金之收費包括轉換費、贖回費、管理費及其他費用。詳情請參閱本行收費表。
  5. 其他交易費用包括但不限於香港證券及期貨事務監察委員會交易徵費、會財局交易徵費、香港交易所交易費、香港印花稅、上交所或深交所收取的經手費、中國證券監督管理委員會收取的證管費、中國證券登記結算有限公司收取的過戶費、國家稅務總局收取的交易印花稅、美國證交會收取的收費及美國預托證券收費（如適用）。詳情請參閱本行收費表。
  6. 合資格電子交易的交易日期及時間一概以本行電腦之紀錄及資料為準。如有任何爭議，本行所作的決定將為最終及不可推翻。

  • 獎賞進誌條件
  1. 本推廣之獎賞將於2025年10月31日（「獎賞進誌日期」）或之前存入合資格全新客戶之東亞銀行信用卡賬戶，而不作事前通知。
  2. 合資格全新客戶於獎賞存入時必須維持有效之（i）BEA GOAL戶口；及（ii）投資附屬賬戶（適用於獲享基金認購及／或證券交易回贈之合資格全新客戶），方可獲享獎賞，否則其獲享獎賞之資格將被取消。

  • 東亞銀行信用卡免找數簽賬額
  1. 獎賞只適用於東亞銀行信用卡主卡持卡人。
  2. 東亞銀行信用卡免找數簽賬額不可兌換現金及轉讓。
  3. 免找數簽賬額將根據本行當時之發卡日期紀錄（由本行全權酌情決定），存入最新發出的1張信用卡。
  4. 本行有權接納或拒絕其信用卡申請，無須提供任何理由。
  5. 為免生疑問，本條款及細則並不對東亞銀行信用卡持卡人合約（私人賬戶）（「持卡人合約」）之條款及細則構成任何損害或影響。本條款及細則乃為增補及聯同持卡人合約之條款及細則而定。

Terms & Conditions for BEA GOAL - GOAL Simple Digital Transaction Rebates Promotion (June - August 2025) (“Promotion”)

  • General Terms and Conditions
  1. This Promotion runs from 12 June 2025 to 31 August 2025, both days inclusive (the “Promotional Period”).
  2. “New-to-bank Customer” refers to a customer who (i) has not maintained any deposit accounts with The Bank of East Asia, Limited (“BEA”), either individually or jointly, in the 12 months prior to the date on which the new BEA GOAL account (“BEA GOAL”) is opened, and (ii) successfully opens a BEA GOAL account through the BEA Mobile with promotion code “GOSIMPLE” during the Promotional Period.
  3. The Digital Transaction Rebates will be awarded in BEA Credit Card free spending credit (the “Free Spending Credit”), unless otherwise specified. New-to-bank Customers must hold a valid BEA credit card to receive the said reward(s). The Free Spending Credit is only available to principal cardholders of a BEA credit card (the “Cardholders”). If a New-to-bank Customer holds more than one BEA credit card, the Free Spending Credit will be credited to the card with the most recent card issue date (as determined by BEA at its sole discretion) according to BEA’s records at the time the Free Spending Credit is credited.
  4. For joint accounts, only the primary account holder is entitled to enjoy the reward.
  5. The Promotion cannot be used in conjunction with other promotional reward(s) or offer(s), other promotional reward(s) and offer(s) including the promotional code(s) that BEA may offer from time to time; and/or act as referee under the Member-Get-Member Referral Programme and/or Member-Get-Member Exclusive Reward; and/or act as customer under the Employee Benefit Scheme and/or Selected Employee Benefit Scheme. If a customer is also entitled to other promotional reward(s) or offer(s), BEA reserves the right to provide only one or some of the reward(s) or offer(s) at its absolute discretion. For the avoidance of doubt, customer will not be eligible to act as referee in Member-Get-Member Referral Programme and/or Member-Get-Member Exclusive Reward if customer participates in this Promotion. In the event of any dispute, the decision of BEA shall be final and conclusive.
  6. BEA's record will be conclusive as to the dates on which the BEA GOAL account is opened, the Designated Digital Transactions.
  7. BEA reserves the sole right to vary or cancel all or any of the offer and/or amend or alter these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. In the event of any dispute, the decision of BEA shall be final and conclusive.
  8. No person other than the New-to-bank Customers or BEA will have any right under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Ordinance (Cap. 623 of the Laws of Hong Kong Special Administrative Region) to enforce or enjoy the benefit of any of the provisions of these Terms and Conditions.
  9. Participation in the Promotion is voluntary, and BEA shall not be responsible for any disputes or liabilities arising from or caused by the Promotion or relevant reward(s). BEA shall not be responsible for any related obligations or costs incurred by participating in the Promotion.
  10. These Terms and Conditions are governed and construed under the jurisdiction of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
  11. Should there be any discrepancy between the English and Chinese versions of these Terms and Conditions and the offers, the English version shall apply and prevail.

 

  • Digital Transaction Rebates
  1. To be eligible for the corresponding rebates (refer to Table 1), New-to-bank Customers must complete the Eligible Digital Transactions of Transaction Type (a) – (c) as stipulated in Table 1 during 12 June 2025 to 31 August 2025 ,both days inclusive (“Eligible New-to-bank Customers”).

Transaction amount exclude the cumulative brokerage commission calculated at the standard rate and other transaction fees (as defined in Section B Clause 6) $10,000 5% $500

 

  1. Each Eligible New-to-bank Customer can reach the maximum accumulated amount for each transaction type once only, capped at HK$2,000 rebate in Promotion Period.
  2. If the transaction amount is not in HKD, the transaction amount will be converted into HKD according to the relevant foreign currency exchange rate determined by BEA before calculation.
  3. A lump-sum fund subscription excludes Monthly Investment Plan, fund switching, fund redemption and transfer-in funds.
  4. Other fees/charges that apply to the relevant fund include switching fees, redemption fees, management fees, and other fees. Please refer to the bank charges tables for more details.
  5. Other transaction fees include but not limited to the Securities and Futures Commission of Hong Kong transaction levy, the AFRC transaction levy, the Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited trading fee, Hong Kong stamp duty, the handling fee charged by the Shanghai Stock Exchange or Shenzhen Stock Exchange, the securities management fee charged by the China Securities Regulatory Commission, the transfer fee charged by China Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation Limited, the stamp duty charged by the State Administration of Taxation, the fee charged by the US Securities and Exchange Commission and the American Depositary Receipt fee (if applicable). Please refer to the Bank’s fee schedule for details.
  6. The date and time of an Eligible Digital Transaction is subject to the Bank’s computer records. In the event of any dispute, the decision of BEA shall be final and conclusive.

  • Reward Arrangements
  1. The reward of this promotion will be credited to the Eligible New-to-bank Customer’s BEA credit card account on or before 31 October 2025 without prior notice (“Reward Schedule”).
  2. Eligible New-to-bank Customers must maintain (i) a valid BEA GOAL account; and (ii) investment sub-accounts (apply to the Eligible New-to-bank Customers of lump-sum fund subscription and/or Securities trading rebates) at the time the Free Spending Credit is to be credited, otherwise their entitlement to the reward will be forfeited.
  • BEA GOAL Account Promotion
  1. The products, services and offers of BEA GOAL account are subject to the relevant Terms and Conditions. For details, please visit www.hkbea.com/beagoal/en.
  • BEA Credit Card Free Spending Credit
  1. The Rewards are only available to the holder of a principal BEA credit card.
  2. BEA Credit Card Free Spending Credit cannot be redeemed for cash and is non-transferrable.
  3. The Free Spending Credit will be credited to the card with the most recent card issue date (as determined by BEA at its sole discretion) according to BEA’s records.
  4. BEA reserves the sole discretion to accept or decline a credit card application without providing any reason.
  5. For the avoidance of doubt, nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall prejudice or affect the Terms and Conditions of the BEA Credit Cardholder Agreement (Personal Account) (the “Cardholder Agreement”). These Terms and Conditions shall apply in addition to and in conjunction with the Terms and Conditions of the Cardholder Agreement.
