Cyberbanking – Transfers

You can make transfers within BEA (Hong Kong) or to other banks through Cyberbanking1.

A.Activate Cyberbanking_First time LoginB.Transfers funds with FPS via BEA App

Transfers within BEA (Hong Kong) in Cyberbanking

  1. • Log in to Cyberbanking here
    • Select Transfers > BEA
  2. • Enter transaction details
    • Select "Other recipient information2 ” in Deposit account and enter a beneficiary information3:
    3. -   Mobile no.
      -   Email address
      -   FPS ID
      -   Account No.
    		4.
    • Select “Add to my payee” (optional)
    • Select “Proceed” to continue
  4. • Verify the details
    • Tap the i-Token4 notification on your mobile phone
    or
    Scan the QR Code using the BEA App QR Code Scanner5
  5. • Your transaction is completed

Transfers to other banks in Cyberbanking

  1. • Log in to Cyberbanking here
    • Select Transfers > Other Banks
  2. • Enter transaction details
    • Select "Other recipient information2 ” in Deposit account and enter a beneficiary information3:
    3. -   Mobile no.
      -   Email address
      -   FPS ID
      -   Account No.
    		4.
    • Select “Add to my payee” (optional)
    • Select “Proceed” to continue
  4. • Verify the details
    • Tap the i-Token4 notification on your mobile phone
    or
    Scan the QR Code using the BEA App QR Code Scanner5
  5. • Your transaction is completed
Remarks:
1. Please find more details in Cyberbanking Transaction Limit.
2. If the “Other recipient identification” field is missing, please activate the “transfer to non-registered account” setting at the setting page. Click here for further info.
3. To receive money via a FPS proxy ID, you must first register for the FPS Addressing Service. Click here to see how to register for the FPS Addressing Service.
4. Click here for i-Token activation details. Alternatively, you may use OTP for authorizing non-registered transfers.
5. To access the QR Code Scanner, please open the BEA App and press "QR Scan" in the bottom menu.
