BEA Mobile – Reset PIN

Banking account customers1,2 can reset BEA Online PIN, ATM Card PIN and Phone Banking PIN through BEA Mobile anytime anywhere.



Reset PIN

  1. Open the top-right menu in the homepage
    Go to “PIN Centre and select a PIN to reset
  2. If you have a Banking account, select a reset my PIN option (with ATM Card/ Phone Banking PIN)
    Or if you have a Credit Card, Revolving Loan, MPF/ORSO account, please call the designated hotline1
  3. (Only for resetting BEA Online/ Phone Banking PIN)
    Input your BEA Online login no.
    Select “Next
  4. Input the authentication details, such as your ATM Card No., Expiry Date, Issue No., etc.
    Select “Next
  5. Input the One-time Password (OTP) sent to you”
  6. Set up a new PIN fulfilling the security criteria”
    Select “Next
  7. Your new PIN is effective immediately”
Remarks:
1. For the following accounts, please contact the below hotline during service hours or visit any BEA branch to reset PIN:
Credit card account (only) – 3608 6628
Revolving loan account (only) – 2211 1211
MPF/ ORSO account (only) – 2211 1777
2. For customers who do not have a registered mobile phone number and /or BEA Online email address, please visit any BEA branch to reset your PIN.
