- BEA's Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance - Personal Information Collection (Customers) Statement.
- The personal data provide in this form is solely used by BEA to contact me and provide me with factual information about WMC/ Supreme Gold Account through emails or follow-up phone calls.
- If I am a Chinese Mainland resident, BEA will pass, on my behalf, my personal data to The Bank of East Asia (China) Limited (“BEA China”), a licensed bank in the Chinese Mainland, so that BEA China can contact me and provide me with more information about WMC in response to my request.
- If I am a Chinese Mainland resident applying for Wealth Management Connect (Southbound) services, The Bank of East Asia (China) Limited will contact me by phone to confirm the appointment date and required application documents, and the application has to be made at BEA China’s branches.
- If I am a Chinese Mainland resident applying for Wealth Management Connect (Southbound) services, I acknowledge and fulfill the investor eligibility requirements under the Southbound Scheme.
