BEA Online – Login Methods

You can conveniently login using your i-Token1 or BEA Online PIN.


Mobile Push Notification (i-Token required)

  1. • Select "Hong Kong – Cyberbanking" on HKBEA website
    • Enter username / login no. and click "Next"
  2. • Select "Dual authentication"
    • Enter your BEA Online PIN
    • Select "Login"
  3. • On your i-Token activated device, tap the login push notification sent to your BEA Mobile
    • Select "Allow" to log in BEA Online

Scan QR Code (i-Token required)

  1. • Select "Hong Kong – Cyberbanking" on HKBEA website
    • Select "Log in using QR Code"
  2. • Open the BEA Mobile on your i-Token-activated device and tap "QR Code Scan" in "Quick actions"
    • Scan the QR Code on the BEA Online login page
  3. • Use biometric authentication; or
    • Enter your 8-12 alphanumeric character i-Token PIN to verify your login attempt

Mobile Security Code (i-Token required)

  1. • Select "Hong Kong – Cyberbanking" on HKBEA website
    • Select "Log in using QR Code"
    • Select "click here" to use security code
  2. • Open BEA Mobile on your i-Token activated device
    • Select "i-Token" in "Quick actions"
    • Select "Log in to BEA Online"
    • Use biometric authentication; or enter your i-Token PIN and then select "Generate security code"
  3. • Return to BEA Online login page
    • Enter your Username / Login No.
    • Enter the security code generated from the BEA Mobile
    • Select "Confirm" to log in BEA Online

BEA Online PIN

  1. • Select "Hong Kong – Cyberbanking" on HKBEA website
    • Enter your Username / Login No. and click "Next"
  2. • Select "BEA Online PIN login"
    • Enter your BEA Online PIN and click "Login"

1. Services exclusive for Mobile Push Notification, Scan QR Code and Mobile Security Code login:
