Cyberbanking – Login Methods

You can conveniently login using your i-Token1 or Cyberbanking PIN.


Mobile Notification (i-Token required)

  1. • Select “Hong Kong – Cyberbanking” on HKBEA website
    • Select “Log in”
    • Enter your Account No./ Username
    • Select "Next"
  2. • Select "Dual authentication"
    • Enter your Cyberbanking PIN
    • Select "Login"
  3. • On your i-Token activated mobile device, tap the login push notification sent to your BEA App
    • Select "Allow" to log in Cyberbanking

Scan QR Code (i-Token required)

  1. • Select “Hong Kong – Cyberbanking” on HKBEA website
    • Select “Log in using QR Code”
  2. • Open the BEA App on your i-Token-activated device and tap "QR Scan" in the bottom menu.
    • Scan the QR Code on the Cyberbanking login page.
  3. • Cross-check the information and enter your 8-12 alphanumeric character i-Token PIN to verify your login attempt.

Mobile Security Code (i-Token required)

  1. • Select “Hong Kong – Cyberbanking” on HKBEA website
    • Select “Log in using QR Code”
    • Select “click here” to use security code
  2. • Open BEA App on your i-Token activated mobile device
    • Select “i-Token” in the bottom menu
    • Select “Login to Cyberbanking”
  3. • Use biometric authentication
    or
    Enter your i-Token PIN and select “Generate Security Code”
  4. • Return to Cyberbanking login page
    • Enter your Account No./Username
    • Enter the generated security code from the BEA App
    • Select “Confirm” to log in Cyberbanking

Cyberbanking PIN

  1. • Select “Hong Kong – Cyberbanking” on HKBEA website
    • Select “Log in”
    • Enter your Account No./Username
    • Select "Next"
  2. • Select “Cyberbanking PIN login”
    • Enter your Cyberbanking PIN using the onscreen keypad
    • Select "Login" to Cyberbanking
