Cyberbanking and the BEA App – Bill Payment

You can make bill payments to any merchants anytime, anywhere.
 
If you have not activated the “bill payment to high-risk merchants” setting or if that transaction limit has been reset to zero, please visit any BEA branch in person during office hours to increase the transaction limit.

A Bill payment in Cyberbanking

  1. Log in to Cyberbanking here
    Select Payments > Bills
  2. Select Merchant/Organisation category details
  3. Enter transaction details
    Save a new template (optional)1
    Select “Proceed” to continue
  4. Enter the One-time Password (OTP) sent to you
    Select “Proceed” to continue
  5. Verify details
    Select “Confirm” to complete the transaction

B Activate templates in Cyberbanking

  1. Log in to Cyberbanking here
    Select Settings > Mobile Banking
  2. Select Templates
    Select “Resume” for the template you wish to activate under Bills

CBill payment in the BEA App

 
  1. Log in to the BEA App here
    Select Mobile Banking > Bills
  2. Select a template2
    Select “Next” to continue
  3. Edit the payment details (if needed)
    Select “Next” to continue
  4. Verify the details
    Select “Confirm” to complete the transaction
Remarks:
1. If you wish to make bill payments on the BEA App, it is essential to save a new template in this step or activate template(s) through Cyberbanking (see B for details).
2. If you wish to make bill payments on the BEA App, you must activate your template(s) through Cyberbanking.
