Terms and Conditions and Other Important Notes:

  1. To qualify for the promotional offers, customer must submit application for a CareForYou Flexi Plan for VHIS or CareForYou Standard Plan for VHIS through the insurance services webpage of The Bank of East Asia, Limited (“BEA”) between 15th May and 31st December, 2019, both dates inclusive , and the relevant policy must be successfully issued by Blue Cross (Asia-Pacific) Insurance Limited (“Blue Cross”). 
  2. Each policy is entitled to the Premium Discount once only.
  3. To qualify for the First Year Premium Discount, Loyalty Club Member is required to provide a valid Loyalty Club Login ID as evidence of being a Loyalty Club member during application in BEA website. 
  4. To qualify for the “Exclusive Discount”, the Loyalty Club Members (either applicant or insured person), should hold a valid identity document of which the identity document numbers contain both digits “5” and “0”.  Examples of the eligible identity document number are “A011111(5)” and “B543210(6)” (numbers in bracket of the identity document are counted).  
  5. No e-Dollars can be earned for application of CareForYou Flexi Plan for VHIS or CareForYou Standard Plan for VHIS.  
  6. The Dental Care Service Coupon (the “Coupon”) cannot be redeemed for cash and are non-replaceable, non-refundable, non-transferable and non-returnable. Usage of the Coupon is also bound by the terms and conditions issued by the service provider. BEA and Blue Cross make no representation or guarantee as to the quality and availability of the products, services or information provided by the service provider. BEA and Blue Cross shall not be liable for any matters arising from or in connection with the products, services or information related to the Coupon. Customers should direct any queries or complaints to the service provider.
  7. The Coupon will be delivered to eligible customers within 3 months after the premium is settled. Customers must provide genuine correspondence address. Failure to supply such information may result in Blue Cross being unable to deliver the Coupon. BEA and Blue Cross shall not be responsible or liable for any mailing failure and the Coupon will not be reissued.
  8. BEA and Blue Cross reserve the right to recover the retail price of the Coupon from the customer who has received the Coupon but cancels the relevant policy thereafter.
  9. These promotional offers cannot be enjoyed in conjunction with any other promotional or discount offers for the same insurance product, unless otherwise specified. 
  10. BEA and Blue Cross reserve the sole right to vary or cancel this promotional programme and/or amend or alter the terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. In the event of any dispute, the decision of BEA and Blue Cross shall be final and conclusive.

  12. Should there be any discrepancy between the English and the Chinese versions of this promotional material, the English version shall apply and prevail.
