With a BEA Credit Card "Cash in Hand" Balance Transfer, you can relieve the burden of outstanding credit card debt, and take advantage of our exceptionally low interest rate.

To borrow or not to borrow? Borrow only if you can repay!

 

1. The personalised preferential monthly flat rate of as low as 0.25% only applies to selected cardholders who draw down the Balance Transfer amount of HK$200,000 or more and a repayment period of 24 months. The monthly flat rate of 0.25% is equivalent to an annualised percentage rate (“APR”) of 5.81% (for a 24-month repayment period). The APR is calculated according to the standard method set out in the Code of Banking Practice, and is rounded up or down to the nearest 2 decimal places. Please note that the actual APR may differ.

2. The minimum Balance Transfer amount is HK$3,000. The amount applied for should be a multiple of HK$100.

3. The Balance Transfer amount will be credited to the credit card account(s) maintained with other bank(s) designated by the Cardholder by local telegraphic transfer in 3 working days from the approval date. The credit card account(s) of other designated bank(s) should be in the sole name of the Cardholder. The Bank of East Asia, Limited will not accept applications for a balance transfer from any BEA Credit Card.
