- The loan amount can be up to 18 times the applicant’s basic monthly salary (maximum HK$1,200,000). The final approved loan amount, based on a multiple of the applicant’s monthly salary, is subject to change in accordance with individual circumstances.

BEA will contact the applicant by telephone to confirm the approved loan amount and interest rate upon approval. If the applicant accepts the approved loan package, the approved loan proceeds will be credited to the applicant’s designated bank account(s) upon receipt of the signed loan confirmation letter from the applicant.
