The Banking Graduate Trainee Programme
BEA is committed to developing young talent, and is pleased to announce its participation in The Banking Graduate Trainee Programme, jointly launched by the Hong Kong Monetary Authority (“HKMA”) and the banking industry to support fresh graduates in the banking sector. The programme focuses on three new growth engines, namely (i) fintech, (ii) green and sustainable finance, and (iii) the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area (GBA). Graduates with a bachelor’s degree or above from universities in or out of Hong Kong in 2021 or 2022 are welcome to apply.
The Banking Graduate Trainee Programme offers work opportunities and industry-specific training to university graduates. Throughout the programme, trainees will acquire fundamental knowledge and practical frontline and back-office experience, become familiar with BEA’s workplace culture, expand their personal network and most importantly, establish a good foundation in the banking sector.
