Mr. Li, aged 74, was appointed a Director in 1995. He is Chairman of IAM Family Office Limited and Chairman of the Advisory Board of MCL Financial Group Limited, both Hong Kong based investment firms. Mr. Li possesses extensive experience in the fields of investment banking, merchant banking and capital markets. He is also an Independent Non-executive Director of Kowloon Development Co. Ltd (listed in Hong Kong) and Pokfulam Development Company Limited (listed in Hong Kong). He was an Independent Non-executive Director of Café de Coral Holdings Limited (listed in Hong Kong). Mr. Li has an ScB in Civil Engineering from Brown University and a Master of Business Administration from Columbia University. Mr. Li is the cousin of Dr. the Hon. Sir David Li Kwok-po, Professor Arthur Li Kwok-cheung and Mr. Stephen Charles Li Kwok-sze, and the uncle of Mr. Adrian David Li Man-kiu and Mr. Brian David Li Man-bun. |
