Getting Started
This user guide consists of:
  • Part 1 - Access to User Registration Overview
  • Part 2 – Set Up e-Statement / e-Advice access for users
  • Part 3 – Set Up e-Statement / e-Advice preferences for accounts

Switch to an Authorised Person user role to successfully complete all the steps.

Part 1 - Access to User Registration Overview
Authorised Person(s) can review users’ e-Statement and e-Advice access.
  • Go to the side menu
  • Select “e-Statement/e-Advice Services” > “User Registration Overview”
  • Click “OK” to return to the main screen

Part 2- Set Up e-Statement and e-Advice access for users
Authorised Person(s) can manage users’ e-Statement and e-Advice access per account.
  • Go to the side menu
  • Select “Getting Started” > “User Settings” > “User Account and Services Access”
or
  • Select “User Account & Services Access” under “Quick Links”

  • Select a Username from the User List
  • Select an Account Type to continue
  • Click “Next” to continue
  • Select an Account Number
  • Click “Edit” to update the settings > Click “Save” to continue
  • Review the settings > Click “Confirm” to submit the request for approval
  • The Transaction Reference Number will be displayed upon successful submission of the request
  • Click “OK” to return to the main page

Note:
The request will be sent to an Approver/Authorised Person for approval. For details, please refer to the Approval Workflow Guide.

Part 3 - Set Up e-Statement / e-Advice preferences for accounts
Authorised Person(s) can manage whether accounts receive ‘paper’ or ‘electronic’ statements and advice.
  • Go to the side menu
  • Select “e-Statement/e-Advice Services” > “Account Preference Settings”
  • Select your preferred e-Statement Settings and e-Advice Settings
  • Input an email address to receive reminders for when e-Statements are available
  • Click “Save” to continue
  • Review the settings > Click “Confirm” to continue
  • The Transaction Reference Number will be displayed upon successful submission of the request

Note:
The request will be sent to an Approver/Authorised Person for approval. For approval details, please refer to the the Approval Workflow Guide.
