2. This application form is only applicable to casual employee aged between 18 and 65, who wishes to join our BEA (MPF) Industry Scheme and must be completed by member.
3. No person other than the member or the Trustee or the Sponsor will have any right under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Ordinance (Cap. 623 of the Laws of Hong Kong) to enforce or enjoy the benefit of any of the provisions of the terms.
