BEA App – Reset PIN

Banking account customers1,2 can reset Cyberbanking PIN, ATM Card PIN and Phone Banking PIN through the BEA App anytime anywhere.


You can reset the following PIN:


Reset Cyberbanking PIN

  1. Download and open the BEA App
    Select “Settings” > “Security & PIN
    Select “PIN Centre
  2. Select “Cyberbanking PIN
    Prepare the listed items and select “Continue
  3. Enter your Account No./ Username and select “Next3
    Select a PIN for authentication:
    1. -   ATM Card PIN
      -   Phone Banking PIN
  4. Enter the details and select “Next
  5. Enter the One-time Password (OTP) sent to you and select "Next"
  6. Set a new PIN and select “Confirm
    Your Cyberbanking PIN is successfully reset

Reset ATM Card PIN

  1. Download and open the BEA App
    Select “Settings” > “Security & PIN
    Select “PIN Centre
  2. Select “ATM Card PIN
    Prepare the listed items and select “Continue
  3. Enter your ATM card details and select “Next
    Select a PIN for authentication:
    1. -   Cyberbanking PIN
      -   Phone Banking PIN
  4. Enter the details and select “Next
  5. Enter the One-time Password (OTP) sent to you and select "Next"
  6. Set a new PIN and select “Confirm
    Your ATM Card PIN is successfully reset

Reset Phone Banking PIN

  1. Download and open the BEA App
    Select “Settings” > “Security & PIN
    Select “PIN Centre
  2. Select “Phone Banking PIN
    Prepare the listed items and select “Continue
  3. Enter your Account No./ Username and select “Next
    Select a PIN for authentication:
    1. -   ATM Card PIN
      -   Cyberbanking PIN
  4. Enter the details and select “Next
  5. Enter the One-time Password (OTP) sent to you and select "Next"
  6. Set a new PIN and select “Confirm
    Your Phone Banking PIN is successfully reset
Remarks:
1. For the following accounts, please visit any BEA branch or contact the below hotline during service hours to reset PIN:
Credit card account (only) – 3608 6628
Revolving loan account (only) – 2211 1211
MPF/ ORSO account (only) – 2211 1777
2. For customers who do not have a registered mobile phone number and /or Cyberbanking email address, please visit any BEA branch to reset your PIN.
3. For customers who have not activated i-Token, your BEA App Biometric Authentication is disabled for security reasons. To re-enable, you must first activate i-Token.
