Code of Practice on Person-to-Person Marketing Calls

As part of its efforts to promote good banking practices, The Bank of East Asia, has voluntarily adopted the "Code of Practice ("CoP") on Person-to-Person Marketing Calls".  The CoP has been issued jointly by The Hong Kong Association of Banks and The Hong Kong Association of Restricted Licence Banks and Deposit-taking Companies and endorsed by the Office of the Telecommunications Authority.
