Cyberbanking Mobile Banking Service
With the Cyberbanking mobile banking service, you can make balance and transaction enquiries, transfer funds, make bill payments and donations, trade stocks, apply for travel insurance, and trade gold anytime, anywhere.

E-advice Service 
We are pleased to announce the launch of a new eco-friendly e-advice service in addition to our e-statement service, helping to protect the environment by reducing paper consumption.
Starting from 15th November, 2010, customers who perform the following transactions via Cyberbanking - Internet will receive e-advice instead of paper advice. A reminder will be sent to your registered email address when your e-advice is available to view online.

Renminbi Standing Instruction Service
Starting from 4th October, 2010, you can set up single or recurring renminbi standing instructions at your fingertips via Cyberbanking - Internet. What's more, you can trace your instruction records using the "Summary" and "Activities" functions.
Simply log in to your Cyberbanking account and select "Accounts", "Transfers", and then "Renminbi (CNY) Standing Instructions" to place renminbi exchange and remittance instructions quickly and conveniently.

Update Your Personal Information via Cyberbanking
Starting from 7th June, 2010, you can check and update your personal information via Cyberbanking - Internet quickly and conveniently.
After logging in to your Cyberbanking account, just click "Homepage", "Settings", and then "Personal Information" to check and update your personal information. For security reasons, you are required to input a one-time password or sign a digital certificate to update your personal information.
