Payment Options

You can choose any one of the following convenient payment methods to settle your credit card account balance1:

Cyberbanking Service
If you are the customer of Cyberbanking, Supreme Account or i-Account, you can settle the payment of your credit card account via Internet (website: www.hkbea-cyberbanking.com), Personal Digital Assistant (PDA), Phone (telephone no. 2211 1888), Mobile Phone and ATM.

* By Autopay
You may choose to settle the statement balance or minimum payment due by transferring funds from your designated HK dollar savings / current bank account on the Payment Due Date. Please call 3608 6628 to apply for Direct Debit Authorisation.
* JETCO ATM
You can settle your payments by depositing cash or cheque at ATMs of BEA. You can also settle it by transferring funds at ATMs of any JETCO member bank.
* Personal Cash Deposit
You can deposit cash at Personal Cash Deposit Machine located at designated BEA branches.
* PPS
Please call 18011 for bill registration and 18031 for bill payment. The PPS merchant code of BEA is "27". For details of this service, please call 90000 222 329 or visit PPS Website: www.ppshk.com.
* By Mail
Simply mail a crossed cheque payable to "The Bank of East Asia, Limited" together with the top portion of the statement at least 3 working days before the Payment Due Date to BEA Card Services Department, BEA Tower, Millennium City 5, 418 Kwun Tong Road, Kwun Tong, Kowloon, Hong Kong. Please write your account number on the back of the cheque. Post dated cheques, cheques or bank drafts in foreign currency will not be accepted.
* BEA Branches
Payment can be made by cash or cheque at any BEA branch2.
