Protect your BEA Credit Card and always keep it with you. |

Sign your BEA Credit Card immediately on the back in the specified area and make sure your signature corresponds to the one on the acceptance form. |

Do not keep a copy of your Personal Identification Number (PIN) together with your BEA Credit Card. |
 |
Destroy the original printed copy of the PIN after memorising it. |
 |
Do not allow anyone else to use your BEA Credit Card or PIN. |
 |
Never write down your PIN on your BEA Credit Card or on anything usually kept with your BEA Credit Card. |
 |
Conceal the PIN if you write it down or record it. |
 |
If you are selecting your own PIN, do not choose combinations of numbers such as personal telephone numbers, date of birth, or other easily accessible personal information. |

Do not sign any blank or incomplete slips, and be sure that all copies of sales slips are destroyed if you cancel a transaction. |
 |
Check the total amount on all sales slips before signing, and keep the "Cardholder Copy" with your monthly statements. |

Monitor your monthly statements and check all of the transactions carefully, especially after overseas spending. Please call our Customer Services Hotline if you detect any doubtful transaction. |

If your BEA Credit Card is lost or stolen, please report to Lost / Stolen Card Reporting Hotline immediately. |

Ignore emails or phone calls seeking your personal or account information. Do not easily volunteer any personal information or financial information in email or phone. |
