* settlement of any securities transactions according to your instructions
* collection of any cash / scrip dividend / interest, bonuses, rights, and any other corporate entitlements to which you are entitled
* subscriptions for rights issues at your instruction
* notification of all rights issues, takeover bids, and other major corporate matters which may affect your investment
* application assistance for new Initial Public Offering of new shares / Corporate Retail Bonds / Retail Certificate of Deposits / Trust Units
* provision of proxy voting services with regard to securities held
* regular monthly statements for securities held with portfolio valuation

Plus, when you pledge your securities with us, you can also apply for a credit facility.

General Charges

There is no charge for opening a Securities Account.
Service fees charged to your Securities Account are levied in accordance with the guidelines of the Hong Kong Association of Banks. To open a Securities Account, please visit our Custody Services Department at 35/F, BEA Tower, Millennium City 5, 418 Kwun Tong Road, Kwun Tong, Kowloon, Hong Kong or any BEA branch.
