Chart 1: Growth of 12-month moving averages of home mortgage continued to stay within the range of 8-10%.

Chart 2: In anticipation of interest rates hikes, property transactions have been dropping in the past three months. Moreover, home prices are estimated to have dropped by about 5%.

Chart 3: Retail sales in June fell 6.3% in value and 0.2% in volume terms. Retail sales appeared to be bottoming out since March this year, as the falling momentum of both value and volume indices are narrowing.
