Bancassurance Department
Administration and Sales Support Clerk (Ref: BAN-CLK)
 
  Responsibilities:
To administer the Department's customer information system
To compile MIS reports on regular and ad hoc basis
To prepare business performance reports and portfolio analysis reports using statistical tools
To provide administrative support to the department
  Requirements:
Diploma holder, preferably in Business Studies, Statistics, Information System, Quantitative Analysis, or related discipline
Minimum of 1year's relevant experience in the banking industry
Hands-on experience in MS Office applications and good knowledge of SQL, OLAP cubes and Access is an advantage

  Responsibilities:
To review and implement effective procedures related to insurance sales quality
To administer all functional and statutory documentations relating to all regulatory and operational risks in an efficient manner
To ensure sales activities are in accordance with the regulations and internal guidelines
To coordinate with internal and external parties on all insurance sales quality issues
  Requirements:
University graduate in Finance, Law or Business related discipline with FLMI, CLU or equivalent qualifications is preferred

Familiar with the Insurance Companies Ordinance and Securities and Futures Ordinance is a distinct advantage

  Responsibilities:

To supervise subordinates in preparing portfolio valuation, financial statements and calculation of unit price

To verify accounting records, monitor daily operational issues related to unit trusts and MPF funds and ensure all activities are in compliance with the requirements of the Bank and regulatory authorities
To handle customers' enquiries and ad hoc projects
  Requirements:
ACCA Part 2 or equivalent professional qualifications
Minimum 4 years' working experience in fund accounting, preferably with supervisory experience
