Responsibilities:
To establish best practices for branch network personnel who come into contact with customers
To ensure that services are delivered in line with the Bank's quality standards and the service quality survey system is operating effectively and efficiently
To monitor the performance of the frontline staff and manage any related issues
To conduct service quality survey and analyse results so as to identify the service gaps and provide the necessary training
Requirements:
University graduate, preferably in Statistics, Quantitative Analysis, or related discipline
A minimum of 5 years' relevant experience with at least 2 years' experience at the managerial/supervisory level
Strong analytical skills

Operations Manager - System Support (Ref: BRDD-OM-SS)
Responsibilities:
To be responsible for implementing systems at branches (from confirmation of system requirements, preparation of test plans, execution of UAT etc. to the launch of system)
To handle post-implementation review, ensure system efficiency, and recommend system enhancement whenever required
To update system and procedure manuals for branches
Requirements:
University graduate
A minimum of 5 years' relevant experience in the banking industry, with good knowledge in retail banking products and services
Strong interpersonal, communication, analytical, and management skills
Detail-minded, self-motivated, and able to work under pressure

To manage and coordinate sales & distribution channels (including branch, road show, and telemarketing) to achieve sales target and to ensure the effective launch of card acquisition programmes
To maximise the efficiency of channel cost
To formulate and implement card acquisition / cross-selling programmes to achieve business objectives and increase market share
Requirements:
University graduate with a minimum of 5 years' solid experience in the credit card or insurance business
Experience in sales channel management is preferred
