Fee Policy
The fees of Bank of East Asia (Trustees) Limited will be quoted on request for each particular situation and will reflect the degree of responsibility, the amount of work required, and the value of the assets held in trust. Fees are subject to review from time to time.
Fees are payable upon the acceptance of the trusteeship and annually thereafter.
If the arrangements are of a complex or unusual nature, a fee may be charged reflecting the time and expertise involved in the establishment of the trust.
The client or the trust itself will be responsible for all legal and other professional fees, together with out-of-pocket expenses incurred by our Company in the establishment and administration of the trust. |
