General Terms and Conditions:
1.	The Year Round Offers (“the Offers”) are applicable from 1^st January to 31^st December, 2012 (both days inclusive), unless otherwise specified.
2.	The Offers are only applicable to holders of a BEA Credit Card or co-branded/affinity card (the “Cardholder” of the “BEA Credit Card”). For holders of the BEA UnionPay Dual Currency PLATINUM Credit Card or BEA JCB PLATINUM Card, the offers will only be applicable at Merchant outlets that accept the BEA UnionPay Dual Currency PLATINUM Credit Card or BEA JCB PLATINUM Card for payment. Holders of the BEA Traveller’s Card and BEA Prepaid Card are excluded.
3.	To enjoy the Offers, Cardholders must present their BEA Credit Card before ordering or making payment. Payment must be settled in full with a BEA Credit Card, unless otherwise specified.
4.	The Offers are only applicable at outlets of the participating merchants (the “Merchants”) in Hong Kong, unless otherwise specified.
5.	Should a Merchant close, the related Offer will be terminated immediately.
6.	Dining offers are applicable for dine-in purchases only, unless otherwise specified. Cardholders should state their intention to enjoy the offer(s) at the time of reservation or before ordering. Advance booking may be required.
7.	Dining offers are not applicable on public holidays and eves, festive days and eves, days where tickets are required for entry to the venue, days when there is an open firework display, other dates specified by the participating hotels/restaurants (please check with the Merchants for details), or any other specified blackout dates. Private parties, banquets, room services, tea and condiments, and the 10% service charge are excluded, unless otherwise specified.
8.	The offers cannot be enjoyed in conjunction with any other promotional offers/discounts or membership programmes offered by the Merchants.
9.	The offers apply to regular-priced products and services only, unless otherwise specified. Discounted items and fixed-priced products and services are excluded.
10.	Entitlement to the offers is non-transferable and Cardholders cannot redeem offers for cash or other products or services.
11.	The Offers are available on a first-come, first-served basis while stocks last. If any change is made to an Offer, the details at the time of purchase shall prevail.
12.	The Offers may subject to additional terms and conditions set out by the Merchants. Please contact the Merchants for details.
13.	The Bank of East Asia, Limited (“BEA”) makes no representation or guarantee as to the quality and availability of the food/products, services, or information provided by the Merchants. BEA shall not be liable for any matters arising from or in connection with the food/products, services, or information provided by the Merchants. Cardholders should direct any queries or complaints to the Merchants.
14.	BEA and the Merchants reserve the sole right to vary or cancel this offer and/or amend or alter these Terms and Conditions at any time with appropriate notice. In the event of any dispute, the decision of BEA and the Merchants shall be final and conclusive.
15.	Should there be any discrepancy between the English and the Chinese versions of these Terms and Conditions, the English version shall apply and prevail.
